By creating an account or purchasing courses, consultations, or certificates on CodeTips Academy, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

We provide online courses, mentoring and consultation bookings, certificates of completion, articles, and related educational content. Course access is granted after successful payment confirmation.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information.

4. Payments

We may accept card processors (where configured), PayPal, and cryptocurrency. Crypto payments remain pending until an administrator manually verifies your uploaded receipt. Access is granted only after approval. Do not treat a pending crypto submission as completed payment.

5. Consultations

Consultation and mentoring sessions are subject to available slots and confirmation after payment. Rescheduling policies may apply as stated at booking time.

6. Intellectual property

Course videos, materials, and site content are owned by CodeTips Academy or its licensors. You may use them for personal learning only; redistribution or public sharing of paid content is prohibited.

7. Certificates

Issued certificates may be verified publicly using the certificate number (verification code) shown on the certificate. Misrepresentation of certificates is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

Educational outcomes depend on individual effort. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
